Salad with meat and fresh cucumbers

Canned green peas 400 g
Meat 300g
Eggs 4 pieces
Potatoes 350g
Cucumbers 150g
Green onions 100 g
Salt to taste
Mayonnaise to taste

How to:

1. Boil the meat until done. Boil the potatoes and carrots until tender. Cool.
2. Mince the onion. Meat cut into cubes. Potatoes and carrots cleaned, cut into cubes.
3. Mince the eggs. Finely chop the cucumber.
4. Mix the potatoes, meat, onions, peas, eggs, cucumbers, salt.
5. Season with mayonnaise. Decorate to taste.
