4. Lift the body from a prone position on his side. This is my most favorite and highly effective exercise that allows you to quickly achieve results. Lie on your left side, legs bent at the knees. Put your right hand on his head (hand position is, if you're going to swing the press). Straighten the left arm along the body and hugged her around the waist. Slowly lift the body and drop without taking your hand off the back of the head. It is necessary to do three sets of 15 repetitions each, and then turn over to the other side - and another three approaches.
Do not forget that before performing the exercises be sure to warm up your muscles: think again lunges school-tip-ups, you can just dance vigorously.
And remember the main thing: a beautiful waist is certainly important, but do not forget about your health! Do not overdo it and do not make sudden movements during training: These exercises require careful treatment of the spine!
