Chocolate salami

100g sesame
100 g dark chocolate
2, 5 tablespoons
1 tablespoon water
2, 5 tablespoons honey
100 g walnuts
50 g of honey cereal / cereal (for breakfast)
125 g butter

Fry the sesame seeds on a non-stick frying pan without oil. In a small saucepan, heat the water and sugar to a thick caramel syrup, then add honey, melted butter and chocolate chips. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until smooth (it should melt). Remove from heat, add honey cereals / grains, chopped nuts and sesame. When all the mixture has cooled, blind sausage shape, wrap in greaseproof paper or foil.
Place in the refrigerator overnight.
