You will need:

250 gr. flour
57 c. ground almonds
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp soda
2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground cloves
zest of 1 orange and 1 lemon
200 ml. clear, transparent honey
85 c. butter

Preparation:

1. Mix the flour in a large bowl with the ground almonds, baking powder, baking soda, spices and zest.

2. Melt the butter with the honey, pour into the dry and mix igredienty until a homogeneous dough.

3. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Roll the balls of dough, place on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes until golden brown.
