1. Grease a baking pan with olive oil and rub with garlic. Set aside.
2. Then garlic grate, mix with butter, salt and pepper.
3. Wash potatoes but do not peel (choose smooth potatoes).
4. Boil the potatoes in salted water until ready incomplete.
