"Chicken in the Japanese style with soy sauce and honey"


1. Fillet slightly repel, simply aligning the thickness of pieces, and fry in a little oil on both sides.

2. Meanwhile, combine the honey, soy sauce and wine. Pour the sauce into the pan with meat. Cook the fillets in the sauce over high heat, turning occasionally and basting sauce until ready (minutes 10-15).

3. Before solite and pepper, if necessary (I added a little bit of white pepper, just a couple of turns grinder).

4. Ready fillets cut in small plastics, it was convenient to eat with chopsticks. Serve with rice and broccoli, sprinkling the remaining sauce.
