"Tiramisu with mascarpone"


 
Preparation:

1. Beat cream cheese until fluffy mass, add a little sugar and liqueur (to taste), continue to beat for some time

2. Take the cookies, dip them with 2 sides in coffee and lay out in the form of a layer with high edges, sprinkle lightly with sugar

3. We spread a layer of cream, then a layer of biscuits soaked in coffee, then a layer of cream

4. Sprinkle with cocoa

5. Put in the fridge for a couple of hours

You may want to add a little cinnamon cocoa

This option without eggs, is designed for those who do not trust the producers and afraid to use raw eggs in the recipe
