1. Boil the potatoes.
2. Rastolchite in a mortar and cumin seeds and garlic.
3. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Put the cumin, garlic, tomato paste, lime juice, salt, basil and sugar. Mix and hold until the oil separates.
4. Add the water and stir.
5. Put the potatoes and stir until it was completely in the sauce. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for about 5 minutes.
6. Serve with fresh basil.
