Ingredients (4 servings):
Low-fat curd (cottage cheese) - 500 g
Skimmed milk - 100 ml
Fructose (or honey) - 50-70 g (2 tbsp. L. Or more)
Cocoa powder - 25-30 g (2 tbsp. L.)
Gelatin - 15-20 g
Not to get bitter chocolate, you can add more honey or fructose. Recipe curd souffle like not only losing weight, but also the rest! :)
1. Gelatin pour a glass of cold water and wait 30 minutes (it should swell).
2. Add milk, cocoa, honey or fructose. We put on a slow fire and heated to until the cocoa has dissolved completely. Do not boil!
