By the way, please note that our beetroot is not borscht without cabbage. Some of the ingredients are obviously similar. Like beets, for example. Beets with Meat Ingredients
  • 700g beets
  • 250g boiled beef
  • 3 hard-boiled eggs
  • 3 cucumbers
  • 250g green onions
  • 3 buckets. parsley.
  • 3 vet. dill
  • 0.25 tsp citric acid
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 200g sour cream


Preparation
  1. Parsley, dill and green onions shallowly chop and sprinkle with salt. Then, with the help of a pistil, thoroughly grinding these ingredients. Don’t be afraid, they should let the juice out and not look very presentable. But the taste of greens will reveal 100%.


  2. Cut cucumbers with a cube, and clean the eggs and also finely fit. Do the same with meat. But try not to grind too much, so that it does not turn out very fast. All the ingredients used above (cut with a cube and crushed with a pestle) combine, mix, cover with food film and send to the refrigerator. Let them get married for about half an hour.


  3. Peel the beets and boil in a liter of water until soft. This will take about 20 minutes of continuous boiling. Sod the finished beets on a grater, and then add it to the broth back. This will change the texture and make it easier to eat. Moreover, it will really become softer and gentler.


  4. In a decoction with beets, add citric acid, salt and sugar. The liquid will taste like a little sweet kvass. Don’t worry, it is necessary to achieve a good result. Now add to the broth with beets the remaining ingredients from the refrigerator. Mix them and you can pour beet on plates. We advise you to fill the dish with sour cream, this will be best. That's it, it's done!




If there is heat outside the window and you want something really cool, we advise you to add pieces of ice to the beet. This will make the soup even more desirable. And, in fact, there is something hotter in the summer - so that's the idea. You sweat, you get a heaviness in your stomach and nothing more. And then once, I ate a beetroot, at the same time and cooled and not hungry. Not to mention the ease in the body.
