The correct breathing technique Strelnikova

Strelnikova's breathing exercises
  1. Exercise "Lade"
    Perform the exercise standing or sitting, bent your arms at the elbows. Hands point away from yourself and start rhythmically compressing and stretching your fingers, taking sharp breaths. After 8 repetitions, take a short break. Do this 20 times (20 sets of 8 repetitions).


  2. Exercise "Leaders"
    Start the exercise sitting or standing, placing your legs on the width of your shoulders and clenching your hands into your fists. Raise your hands to the level of the belt, then sharply lower and spread your fingers. When lowering your hands, take breaths, try to open your fists, tightening your hands. Do 8 exercises, repeat this 8 times.


  3. Pump exercise
    Perform the exercise from the initial standing or sitting position. After taking a loud breath, slowly bend over, exhale and return to the starting position. Do 8 exercises, repeat this series 8 times.


  4. Embrace your shoulders.
    Start the exercise from the starting position standing or sitting. Bend your hands at your elbows and raise them to shoulder level. Make rhythmic movements so that the hands move towards each other, try to hug the shoulders. Try to alternate breaths through your nose and mouth. Perform the exercise 32 times.


  5. Exercise Eight.
    Perform the exercise in a standing position, straightened and spread your legs to the width of the shoulders. Lean forward and hold your breath. When holding your breath, count up to 8 times aloud. Keep counting as long as you can. Then return to the starting position.


  6. Exercise Cat
    Start the exercise in a standing position, spreading your legs slightly less than the width of your shoulders. Take a breath in your nose and at the same time sit down, turning the body to the left. During the exercise, the hands should be bent at the elbows, and the palms compressed into fists. After completing the turn, breathe out and repeat the exercise with a turn to the right. Perform 12 approaches in 8 squats.




Breathing gymnastics Strelnikova Very effective for weight loss. To get rid of excess weight, it is necessary to perform exercises in the following sequence: “Okays”, “Pump”, “Cat” and complete the complex with the exercise “Hugge shoulders”.
