Breathing exercises for cleansing the energy system
The following exercises can do each. They are designed primarily for purification and improvement of the power system. Some of them help to learn to control energy.
If any exercise releases too much energy, do not repeat it until the new energy is not integrated into your power system.
Good to have a friend, which led to the exercise, as it is much easier to join in the exercise when you don't have to be distracted to read the instructions during the class.
If there is no one beside you can record the instructions on tape.
1. Deep, calm breathing — vibrates and relax as possible. The best way to go. Breathe deeply and slowly, resorting to the method that is most convenient:
Do everything as quietly, concentrating on technique.
2. This exercise is designed to correct disorders of the respiratory process in a natural way.
Breathe deeply, every cell. If the breathing starts to change, don't let. Let the body choose what it wants. Imagine how the energy of the breath penetrates into every cell.
This exercise works perfectly, regardless of you do it a few minutes or half an hour. It is good to perform directly in front of the meditation or during the day for recuperation and before bedtime for relaxation.
3. Her mental control. The ability to control the flow and direction of energy flow in the body significantly reduces the concentration of energy in certain areas. Below are three ways to exercise:
4. Color breathing. Sit or lie down comfortably, making sure the back is straight.
Begin to breathe with your whole body, sensing how the breath enters every cell; then imagine your body filled with the red light (make it a red "with love" — so as not surfaced an old frustration). First, fill the lower part of the chest air slightly taking the abdominal cavity, and then gradually fill in the middle and upper part of the chest.
Inhale for a count of seven; hold your breath for seven seconds; exhale, counting seven times, and again hold your breath for seven seconds.
Repeat.
You can sync your account with your pulse: important not so much speed, how much the same duration of the phases of respiration and the continuity of the cycle.
If your chest moves hardly noticeable during inhalation or exhalation, try to consciously expand it during inspiration and reduced during exhalation. Many people have chest muscles so tightly that it was difficult for them to make a good breath.
When the rhythm is established and the account will be automatic, and be aware of the breath of the universe — its pulsation and vibrating hum.
You can continue this exercise without stopping meditation.
