Liver cake Dough ingredients
- 500g wheat flour
- 7g dry yeast
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 egg
- 1 egg yolk
- 3 tbsp butter
- salt

- 500g chicken liver
- 3 boiled eggs
- 1 bundle of green onions
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Preparation
- First of all, prepare the vapor. Pour half the flour into the container, add yeast, pour a glass of warm water. Place the dishes with steam in the heat for 40 minutes, so that the dough doubles.
