  7. Take a new, clean wafer cloth (cloth) and make a sieve with it. Pour a barely warm creamy mass on top. Carefully tie the bag and hang out for a day in the refrigerator. Don't forget to leave a bowl under it where the serum will drain.


  8. In 24 hours, you'll get about 200 grams of whey and a whole bag of fresh cream cheese. It will be very satisfying, so be careful to use it if you watch your figure. Bon appetit!
