Yeast dough at home Ingredients
- 200 ml of warm water
- 200ml boiling water
- 10 g dry fast-acting yeast (or 30 g live yeast)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 - 3 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- 600g flour
Preparation
- First, pour the yeast with warm water and put it aside.
- Take 3 tbsp flour, add 1 tbsp of sugar and 1 tsp of salt to flour, and 3 tbsp of vegetable oil. Stir the flour mass a little. Pour 200 ml of boiling water into it, thus brewing flour. Now stir the dough actively and cheerfully. The dough will grow right in front of your eyes! If you need a sweeter dough, add more sugar, about 3 tbsp.
- Wait until the flour mass brewed on boiling water becomes very warm. Attention: it should not be hot, so as not to harm yeast! Pour the yeast water in here, mix it thoroughly.
- Now gradually add the flour. In no case do not add all the flour at once! Stir the dough a little, sprinkling flour over and over again. You may need a little more or a little less than 600g, depending on the quality of the flour.
- Sprinkle the table with flour and stir the dough so that it becomes uniform. It should be soft, not filled with flour.
- Form a ball of dough, put it in a bowl and cover it with a towel. Leave him to come literally for 15 minutes.
- Just look at how well the dough has grown! You can make bread, fried cakes, pizza, pies. It's incredibly enjoyable at work!
