But one recipe I remember more than the others - pepper stuffed with cabbage, for the winter. This is a very unusual piece that we enjoyed.

Pepper stuffed with cabbage Ingredients
- 35-40 pcs. sweet pepper
- 3kg cabbage
- 1 bitter pepper
- 2 carrots
- 13 cloves of garlic
- greenery
Ingredients for marinade
- 1 liter of water
- 2 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 0.5 tbsp vegetable oil
- 0.5 tbsp vinegar (9%)
Preparation
- Sweet peppers should be cleaned of seeds and blanched in boiling water for about 7 minutes. Then leave it to cool.
- In the meantime, stick the cabbage. Add to it chopped greens (I only take dill) and crushed garlic. Grate the carrots, grind bitter pepper. Add to the cabbage, too. A little salt and stir. The pepper filling is ready.
- Separately prepare the marinade, mixing all the ingredients. 174262.

- Put the finished peppers in the jars. Then fill them with a ready-made marinade. Cover the lids and sterilize. Two-liter cans need to be sterilized for 30 minutes, 20 liters is enough. After spinning the lids, turn the cans upside down and leave until completely cooled.
