Simple homemade bread in the oven Ingredients
- 500g flour
- 350 ml of water
- 2 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp yeast
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil

- I assure you, even if you haven't baked bread before, you're bound to succeed. You just need the right attitude and strict adherence to the recipe. Let's start mixing the dough. First, add sugar to warm water. Add the yeast, stir and leave for 5 minutes.
- After the yeast, stir again. Add salt to them. Sip the flour and pour it into the container in which you will mix the dough.
- Make a hole in the flour and gently pour the yeast mixture there. Mix the dough with a spoon. When the mass is uniform, add the oil. Keep mixing the dough with your hands. Let the dough rest for a few minutes, and then mix again. The dough should be elastic and not sticky. Put the dough in a warm place for 30 minutes.
- After that, lubricate the working surface with oil, put dough on it. It should be soft and airy. Divide it into three parts. Make each one a straight line. Put the koloboks on the pan. Leave the bread to come. That's about 20 minutes.
- Warm the oven to 240 degrees. Put some flour on the bread and make small cuts on it. Put the bread in the heated oven and bake for 15 minutes. Then lower the temperature to 200 degrees and bake for another 15 minutes.
