Korean salads are always a flight of fantasy, but there are 5 fundamental recipes I rely on

Recently, I was drawn to the world of Korean culture. It all started with a fascination with Korean music, and then I got interested in Korean TV shows. If you’ve ever watched a drama, you’ve noticed how beautiful homemade food is. Of course I wanted to cook. That's how I learned to make fresh Korean salads.

Fresh Korean Beet Salads in Korean Ingredients
  • 1 beet
  • 2 cucumbers
  • 1 Bulgarian pepper
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • chili
  • pepper
  • 50ml vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tsp sesame seeds
  • salt and sugar


There is no special wisdom in cooking. Wash the vegetables, dry and chop with a thin straw. It is desirable that all the pieces are the same size. Stir the vegetables, add pepper, vinegar, sugar and salt. Squeeze the garlic. The butter was hot in a clean pan. Pour the salad with hot butter. Stir it well. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top. The taste is guaranteed!







Salad of tomatoes and mushrooms Ingredients
  • 200g champignon
  • 2 tomatoes
  • parsley
  • 50ml soy sauce
  • 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 0.5 tsp coriander seeds
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 0.5 tsp sugar
  • sesame


Preparation
  1. Wash the mushrooms, dry them and cut them with thin plates. Parsley grind and add to the mushrooms.
  2. Mix together all the ingredients for the sauce (all except tomatoes). Fill the mushrooms and parsley with sauce. Stir and leave for 15 minutes.
  3. Cut the tomatoes in thin slices, add to the mushrooms. Stir and insist for another 15 minutes. Sprinkle sesame and you can serve it on the table.





"Korean Motives" The ingredients
  • 1.5kg daikon radish
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tsp dried ginger
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • coriander
  • chili
  • 1 bulb
  • salt and butter


Ready Redis wash and clean. Rub it on a carrot grater in Korean. Send, remember, and leave for 30 minutes. Then you need to squeeze it well, pour out the juice. Put it in a deep bowl, add finely chopped garlic to it. Meanwhile, dry spices (paprika, chili, coriander, ginger) roast in a dry pan. It takes literally 30 seconds.

Then add them to the radish and stir. In a frying pan where spices were roasted, heat the oil and roast the onions in it until a pleasant aroma. We don't need onions in the salad, you can use them for other dishes. Pour the salad with onion fragrance oil and mix well. Then cover and put in the refrigerator to infuse. You can serve with fresh greens.







Korean Eggplant Ingredients
  • 4 eggplant
  • 2 sweet peppers
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 bulb
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • pepper
  • dill and parsley
  • 2 tsp coriander
  • 2 tbsp wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp honey
  • soy sauce
  • fryer


Preparation
  1. Eggplants together with the skin cut into long and thin stripes. Sprinkle them with salt and put them in the fridge all night. Then rinse and roast in vegetable oil.
  2. Rub the garlic with the greens. Mix the honey with vinegar. Pepper, carrots and onions chop with straw and put them on eggplant. Add all the spices, pour here honey with vinegar and soy sauce. Put it in the fridge for at least a day. The longer they pickle, the more delicious. You won't regret it!





Chicken salad Ingredients
  • 500g boiled chicken breast
  • 300g canned corn
  • 100g carrots in Korean
  • 1 Bulgarian pepper
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • mayonnaise


This salad can hardly be called a traditional Korean dish. Rather, it is inspired by Korean cuisine. To cook it, cut the meat with cubes and pepper with a thin straw. Mix all the components in one container, squeeze or rub the garlic on a small grater. Make your salad mayonnaise and you can serve it on the table!







These are the fresh Korean salads we suggest you cook. The whole point is not so much in the ingredients as in the combination of spices and dressings. You can even make a pumpkin in Korean with them! The spicy taste can be enjoyed endlessly.
