Svetlana from Berdyansk told how to fry fresh flounder, just brought from the market

Yesterday I was browsing through my Facebook feed and couldn’t pass up one post. The woman wrote from Berdyansk, which is temporarily occupied by Russian troops. She shared a wonderful recipe and told how to fry flounder. And I wanted to share this recipe with all of our readers to remind them that there are still people in all of these cities. They do not give up and continue to live.

Svetlana wrote in her post: Hello to everyone from Berdyansk! This is a city on the shore of the Sea of Azov! This is Ukraine! Today we have a delicious fried flounder for lunch. It's the season, you come to the market, and she jumps on the shelves. Can you resist? I can't do it!

Then she told me how to fry a fish. And the editorial board. "Site" sharing her way with you.

How to fry flounder Ingredients
  • 1-2 flounders
  • salt
  • flour
  • roaster

Preparation
  1. It makes no sense to specify the exact number of ingredients. As much as the fish bring, so much will be. So, we buy fish, bring them home and start cooking. First we cut it, remove all the excess. Caviar and liver. You can also leave the fins to have something to crunch.

  2. We're going to wash the fish well. Slice into portioned pieces. Now generously salt and leave for 20-30 minutes to rest.

  3. It remained a matter of small: dip each piece in flour and roast in a pan until a golden crust. That's it, you can put the fish on the table!

As Svetlana herself writes: At this time, the fish is tender, juicy, one can say even sweet. To say it's delicious ... no. It's very, very good! Now it remains to make some light spring salad to the fish, and you can enjoy an excellent dinner. Of course, it is best to do this with fresh fish, not frozen. Then the taste is different, and the smell.

We are very grateful to Svetlana for this excellent recipe, I really wanted to taste fish. We hope that everything will be fine with Svetlana and she will please us with interesting recipes more than once. And after the war, we will definitely go to free Ukrainian Berdyansk to taste fresh fish!
