Rye cake with apples.

250 g rye flour
200 ml of milk
1 egg
100 g brown sugar
60 g of honey
2 h. L. soda
1 apple
60 g raisins
0 for 5 h. l. ground ginger, cloves, cinnamon, coriander, nutmeg
 - A pinch of salt

1. Egg whisk with sugar.
2. Add the honey, apple syrup, milk, salt, spices and beat again.
3. Add a mixture of flour and baking soda. Stir.
4. Add the peeled and cut into slices apple, nuts and raisins, mix well. Put in greased tins. Bake for about 50 min at a temperature 175gradusov.
