Salad with carrots and smoked chicken Ingredients

  • 150g hard cheese

  • 250g mayonnaise
  • 2 teeth. Garlic


Preparation
  1. Mayonnaise can be made ourselves from vegetable oil, mustard, lemon juice and raw eggs. It's all in the blender and in a few seconds the mayonnaise is ready. And you can use Greek yogurt without additives. There are fewer calories and the consistency is slightly different. In any case, rub fine garlic and mix with sauce. This will be our salad dressing.


  2. We take out a large grater and rub on it boiled potatoes. That's the basis. It is delicious and nutritious, but quite dry. So we grease the potatoes with a gas station and put them aside. Time passes and the potatoes are soaked. Cut the chicken in thin slices and put on top of the missed potatoes. On top of it, it would be nice to add sauce.


  3. Hard-boiled eggs. Three squirrels on top of the chicken, and no yolks yet. What's next? Of course, the gas station. A layer of grated boiled carrots should follow. Carefully place the carrot and lubricate it with sauce. Yes, you do not want to lose rich color, but this salad should be tasty, not just beautiful.


  4. The penultimate layer, of course, is grated cheese. We pour, distribute and lubricate with garlic sauce. And to give color to the whole dish, we will take a grated yolk. It no longer needs to be smeared with any sauce. Although it is quite dry, it is not enough. And he will have time to soak in the lower layer of sauce, without losing in appearance. Send the salad for half an hour in the refrigerator and get the finished delicious dish.




Because of the abundance of protein, lettuce can be called dietary: chicken and boiled eggs are direct proof of this. Again, mayonnaise can be replaced. Vegetables, albeit boiled, contain a large amount of fiber, which helps our body lose extra pounds. As long as you do not overdo it with potatoes, there is a lot of starch in its composition.
