Preparation
  1. Let's start with the chicken. It needs to be marinated. For this, fillets are mine, dried with kitchen towels and cut medium pieces. In the container with chicken we add garlic, orange juice, pepper and salt. We cover the container with food film and send it to the refrigerator. Half an hour is enough to marinate.


  2. Klar we can do everything. Just combine starch, two flours and add water. Stir the liquid dough properly. Wait for the chicken to come in the fridge and throw it in the crate. She needs to get the test done as much as possible. It will stick well and create that crispy crust.


  3. Take a small pan or pottery. We'll make icing in it. We turn on the fire and unload all the ingredients. After a few minutes, we turn the fire down and stir the mixture. We need to evaporate the excess moisture to make slime that looks like liquid caramel. Just keep it up.


  4. Last step. The chicken is dipped in a beaker and roasted for 2 minutes on each side. The more vegetable oil there is, the better. We take out pieces of chicken and put them on paper towels.
