The ingredients
  • 90g flour
  • 55 ml of milk
  • 10g butter
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 200g potatoes
  • 100g cheese
  • 2 tsp mayonnaise


Preparation
  1. In a deep bowl, mix 90g sifted flour, 55ml milk and 10g butter at room temperature. You can melt the butter in the microwave. Remember to add a pinch of salt.



  2. Mix the dough with your hands until uniform. Then wrap a piece of dough in food film and leave in the refrigerator for 1 hour.



  3. Peel 1 large potato and cook it with puree. In puree, add 2 tsp. mayonnaise and mix well.



  4. In an hour, take the dough out of the fridge and roll it into a thin layer.
  5. Put the cheese on the dough. Mozzarella is best suited for this, it stretches very appetizingly. But you can use any hard cheese you have. Then lay out the mashed potato and sprinkle it on top with cheese.



  6. Plug the edges of the cake in a circle. Put the cake on the board and slightly flatten it with a roller.
  7. Heated frying pan with butter. Cook the cake to a golden color for about 5 minutes on low heat. Then smear the top with oil and flip the flatbread over. Prepare it to the golden crust for another 5 minutes.
