How to prepare ajika

- 5kg tomatoes
- 1 sweet pepper
- 1 kg of apples
- 1kg carrots
- 100g red spicy pepper
- 1 tbsp sunflower oil
- 200g garlic
- 1 tbsp 9% vinegar
- 1.5 tbsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp sugar
Preparation
- Peel the sweet peppers off the seeds.
- Peel the carrots and apples off the peel. Do not forget to remove the core from the fruit.
- Divide the garlic into slices, previously removing the husk. Clean the red hot pepper from the peduncles and seeds.
