- 450g flour
- 250g cottage cheese
- 100g margarine
- 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp soda
- 1g vanillin
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 egg yolks
Preparation
- Pair in a deep container cottage cheese, melted margarine, sugar, vanillin, salt and egg yolks.
- Gradually add sifted flour with soda and mix delicate dough. Be prepared for the fact that the flour may need a little more: it all depends on the moisture of the cottage cheese.
- Roll the dough with a thickness of 2-3 millimeters and cut a glass of mug. Fold 3-4 circles and carefully twist the tight roulette.
- Cut the roulette into 2 pieces. As a result, you will get 2 roses.
- When the dough is finished, and the roses are ready, lay them on a pan covered with parchment paper.
- Bake cookies at a temperature of 120 degrees 20-30 minutes.
