How to make cheese cookies

  • 100g margarine

  • 1/4 tsp soda
  • 1g vanillin
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 egg yolks


Preparation
  1. Pair in a deep container cottage cheese, melted margarine, sugar, vanillin, salt and egg yolks.


  2. Gradually add sifted flour with soda and mix delicate dough. Be prepared for the fact that the flour may need a little more: it all depends on the moisture of the cottage cheese.


  3. Roll the dough with a thickness of 2-3 millimeters and cut a glass of mug. Fold 3-4 circles and carefully twist the tight roulette.


  4. Cut the roulette into 2 pieces. As a result, you will get 2 roses.


  5. When the dough is finished, and the roses are ready, lay them on a pan covered with parchment paper.


  6. Bake cookies at a temperature of 120 degrees 20-30 minutes.
