Czech Garlic Soup



Anti-cold garlic soup You will like both adults and children - it is so fragrant and useful.

The ingredients
  • 1.5 liters of meat broth
  • 500g potatoes
  • 20g butter
  • 10 cloves of garlic
  • 1 egg
  • dill green
  • cumin, pepper, salt to taste


Preparation
  1. Peel the potatoes off the peel and cut them in cubes.
  2. One part of the garlic (5 cloves) cut with slices.
  3. Dry the cumin in the heated dry sothein.
  4. Add butter to cumin, sliced garlic and potatoes.
  5. Fry it a little and pour the broth.
  6. Bring it to a boil and boil it until the potato is ready.
  7. Pass the remaining garlic through the garlic press and add to the soup.
  8. Take some liquid and mix with a raw egg.
  9. Pour the egg leson into the soup, add salt, pepper and bring the soup to a boil.
  10. Get off the fire. Before serving, sprinkle soup with chopped dill. Bon appetit!


Vegetable and bean soup



The ingredients
  • 200g cauliflower
  • 3 potatoes
  • 100g boiled beans
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 bulb
  • 1 carrot
  • leek
  • parsley and salt to taste


Preparation
  1. Cut the carrots with straws and the onions with half rings. Roast the carrots, the onions and the butter.
  2. Disassemble cauliflower into inflorescences, peel potatoes and cut cubes. Put it in the boiling water.
  3. Add carrots with onions and cook for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Add beans to the pan (you can take canned white, but without sauce) and cook for another 5 minutes. When serving, sprinkle the soup with greens.

Soup with green peas and mint



You must have brewed soup with fresh or frozen green peas. What about the mint notes? Try it!

The ingredients
  • 1.5 liters of water
  • 250g frozen peas
  • 3 potatoes
  • 1 bulb
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 30g butter
  • 100ml cream
  • peppermint
  • salt


Preparation
  1. Bring the water in the pan to a boil, dip potatoes into it, peeled and sliced in small cubes, cook for 10 minutes.
  2. Butter in a frying pan, roast on it the onions until golden.
  3. Send the onions to the pan, add the peas, cook on an average heat for 10 minutes.
  4. At this stage, salt the soup to taste.
  5. Pour the cream, add the crushed garlic, finely sliced mint leaves, bring the soup to a boil, take it off the fire.
  6. Pea soup with mint ready. Bon appetit!
