Mannica recipe straight from the microwave

When guests are on the doorstep, there is no point in long tinkering with dessert-making. It is in such an emergency situation that any hostess will rescue a mannic cooked in a microwave! An important point - for the preparation of dessert, it is better to choose a high form, since the air crust will rise 5-6 centimeters above the level of the dough.

How to prepare mannic ingredients
  • 1/2 tbsp semolina
  • 1/2 tbsp kefir
  • 100g butter
  • 3/4 tbsp sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp baking powder for dough
  • 1/2 tbsp flour
  • 200g sour cream


Preparation
  1. Pour semolina with kefir and mix it well. Let the manka stand for 20 minutes to swell.


  2. Using glass utensils for microwave, paint butter. Then add half a glass of sugar and stir everything to a uniform consistency.


  3. Add to the baking container an egg, semolina with kefir and mix it well.


  4. Sprinkle sifted flour with baking powder.


  5. Put the mold with the test in the microwave and prepare the dessert at a power of 600 watts for about 6 minutes.


  6. Soak the finished mannic with sour cream whipped with sugar.




Also, the ready mannic can be cut into 2 cakes and cook a mini cake. The top of the dessert is better to sprinkle cocoa or decorate to your taste.
