I found it - the perfect recipe for cooking meat! It's called this dish. Kremlin-style. It would seem, at least seasonings, but the taste is extraordinary!

The ingredients
- 1kg beef
- 2 bulbs
- 10 cloves of garlic
- 150 ml of water
- 200g butter
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp 9% vinegar
Preparation
- Cut the meat into medium pieces across the fibers.
- Clean the onions and garlic and wash thoroughly.
- Cut the onions with rings.
- Cut the garlic.
- Cut the oil in big cubes.
- In a pot or pot with thick walls, place pieces of meat.
- On top of the meat lay the onions with rings.
- Pour the meat with warm water and lay out pieces of oil over the onions.
- Cover the pan with the lid and place it on the strongest fire. When it starts to boil, reduce the fire to a minimum and cook for an hour (do not lift the lid).
- After an hour, throw the garlic in the pan. Add sugar, salt and vinegar. Stir everything thoroughly.
