Raw potato pancake recipe

What can we do with potatoes? Mashed potatoes, fried potatoes, stewed potatoes, pranks, danks. That's it, I guess. This is the standard set of any hostess.

Delicious thin pancakes Ingredients
  • 250g potatoes
  • 1 bulb
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 tbsp milk
  • 1/2 tbsp water

  • salt, pepper to taste


Preparation
  1. Peel the potatoes. Cut it into small pieces. Do the same with onions and garlic. Then put it in a blender bowl.

  2. Grind the ingredients in the blender to a mushy state. Then add the milk, the egg and beat again.

  3. Add flour, spices, and mix it in a blender again. Then pour boiling water and oil to make the dough more liquid. Take one last shot.

  4. Fire pancakes in a pancake pan on both sides. If it is non-stick, do not add oil. If ordinary, then put 1 tablespoon of oil less in the dough, pour the rest into the pan.

Cooking potato pancakes is quite simple: the main work is done by a blender. Depending on the degree of frying pancake They are either soft and airy or roasted to a golden hard crust.

You can improve the dish by making pancake. For this, it is enough to add dried mushrooms or greens to the dough. Or prepare the filling separately. For example, mushroom sauce or cheese paste, and wrap it in each pancake separately.
