Every hostess in the cookbook has

- 750g carrots
- 5 eggs
- 1.5 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tbsp of sugar (sweet roll only!)
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- salt, spices to taste

- 1 bundle of dill or any other greens
- 3 cloves of garlic

- 200g soft cheese
- 2 tbsp raisins
- 2 tbsp sugar
- vanillin
Preparation
- Peel the carrots and rub them on a large grater. Roast before softening in a pan under the lid on butter for about 5 minutes.
- While the carrots cool, separate the yolks from the proteins. Blow the yolks with salt, turmeric and spices. Carefully add the chilled carrots.
- In a separate container, beat proteins with a pinch of salt and lemon juice into a persistent foam.
- Add proteins to the dough, stirring with a spatula. The test should be light and airy.
- The tray is covered with parchment and lubricated with butter.
- Pour the dough with a thickness of not more than 0.5 cm on the pan and immediately send to the oven, heated to 180 degrees. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
- While the cake is baked, prepare the filling. Salt: mix green and chopped garlic, salt to taste. Sweet: pour the raisins with boiling water for 20 minutes. Then drain the water and remove the excess liquid with a paper towel. Creamy cheese Or mix soft cottage cheese with sugar, raisins and vanillin.
- Remove the finished cake from the form on the food film, turning over the top with parchment. Take the paper off carefully. If it is not well behind, put a wet towel on top for a couple of minutes.
- Put on a carrot cake curd mass and distribute an even layer. Use film to roll everything and put it in the fridge for 20 minutes.
- Serve the roll by cutting into portioned pieces. Bon appetit!
