  • 500g lard

Preparation
  1. All meat ingredients must be prepared first. Skip the meat through the grinder if you don't have minced meat ready. Similarly, it is necessary to skip the liver and lard.



    You can cut it in small pieces if you like it.

  2. Now add eggs, semolina, starch, salt, pepper and garlic to the meat mixture. Stir everything thoroughly.
  3. Distribute the mixture to plastic bags. You can also use the sleeve for baking. Tie the edges with threads and place the sausage in a pot of water.



  4. Bring the water to a boil and then boil for an hour and a half on a small heat.



  5. Cool the sausage and serve with vegetables. Bon appetit!
