Preparation
  1. Wash the apples, peel them, remove the core and cut them into thin slices. Raisins are also washed and dried.



  2. The eggs were divided into yolks and proteins. In a convenient container, mix yolks, 2 tablespoons of sugar, milk, salt. Ask for flour and add it to the dough. Squirrels in a strong foam, carefully mix in the dough. The dough should be as lush as biscuit.





  3. In the pan, grind a tablespoon of butter, lay out slices of apples, sprinkle them with the remaining sugar and carcass them until soft for 2 minutes. Then pour half the dough on the apples and bring it to a golden color on a moderate heat.



  4. On the dough during baking, pour half the raisins. Turn him over, let him grab the other side for half a minute. Then tear the dough with a wooden spatula into arbitrary pieces.



  5. And immediately sprinkle abundantly with 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar, which almost immediately begins to caramelize on hot pancake. Remove the pan from the fire, pour the pancake with cognac, set it on fire and put the pan back on the fire so the alcohol burns out. Prepare the remaining half of the test in the same way.



  6. Put the pancake on a plate and sprinkle it with powdered sugar. Jam and ice cream can be added if desired.
