A recipe for yeast buns on milk

Buns on milk and yeast Ingredients
- 550-600g flour
- 3 eggs
- 80g butter
- 70–100 ml of milk
- 3-4 tbsp of sugar
- 1 bag of vanilla sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp dry yeast
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp sesame (optional)
Preparation
- Mix all the ingredients in the bowl.
- Mix the dough (you can use the baker).
- Cover the dough with film and let it rise for an hour.
- Divide the dough into 6-8 koloboks.
- Put a piece of pear jam in each pear. You can use the canned fruits that are available.
- Smear buns with whipped protein and sprinkle sesame (if desired).
- Send it to the oven, heated to 180 degrees. Bake 30-40 minutes (depending on the oven) or until a beautiful crust.
- Cover the hot buns with a cotton towel and let them cool completely.
