Preparation
  1. Bring the water to a boil. Wait a couple of minutes for its temperature to drop to 75-90 degrees (depending on the type of tea). You can choose the right amount of brewing, knowing a simple rule: 1 teaspoon should fall on 200-250 ml of water.
  2. Pour hot water into the brew. Let her brew for 5 minutes. No more is usually required as the taste of the drink may become too tart. Add the sugar and let it dissolve.
  3. After 5 minutes, strain the drink. Add lemon juice, a few slices of lemon and mint leaves.
  4. Cool the tea to room temperature and then send it to the refrigerator.
  5. Serve with a straw, ice cubes and a slice of lemon.

Cold Tea with Strawberries

The ingredients
  • 1 liter of water
  • 4 tsp green tea
  • 150g strawberries
  • 1 lime
  • 1.5 tbsp sugar

Preparation

  2. Add the sugar and let it dissolve. Cool the drink to room temperature.

The ingredients
  • 800 ml of water
  • 4 tsp black tea
  • 2-3 peaches
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 0.5 lemons

  2. Stir the sugar in the drink. Add the sliced lemon and let the tea cool.
  3. Pure one peach in a blender, and cut the other two with slices.


  4. Add to the tea puree and slices of peach, mint, ice cubes. After that, the drink will not be so transparent, but over time the suspension will sit down. But it will taste better.

The ingredients
  • 600 ml of water
  • 2 tsp black tea
  • 100g blueberries
  • 0.5 lemons
  • 1 tbsp honey


Preparation
