The ingredients
- 1 zucchini
- 250g champignon
- 1 onion
- 250g potatoes
- 60g cream
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 200 ml of water
- salt
- peppery
Preparation
- Cut the zucchini with a cube and the mushrooms into thin slices. Don't forget to set aside a few slices for decoration. Stick the bow finely.
- Melt in a hot pan butter and add 1 tbsp vegetable oil. Put onions in the butter pan. When the onions are brown, pour mushrooms and squash into the pan. Roast your vegetables over an average heat of 10 minutes.
- Peel the potatoes and cut them into small cubes. Add the potatoes to the pan. Pour 200 ml of water and boil everything until the potato is cooked, about 10 minutes.
- Add cream, salt and black ground pepper to taste. Bring the soup to a boil and take it off the fire. You can add coriander and ground garlic if desired.
- A blender grinds vegetables to a puree state and roasts slices of mushrooms for decoration. Bon appetit.
