Vegan desserts How to make homemade halva with cranberry Ingredients
- 300g peeled sunflower seeds
- 160g dried cranberry
- 2 tbsp honey

- The first thing you need to fry the seeds of sunflower in a dry pan to a golden brown color. Next, you should thoroughly wash and dry the cranberries.
- Then grind the cranberry seeds with a blender or coffee grinder into a small crumb. The resulting sticky mass is tamped in a pre-covered food film form and put in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.
- After that, it remains only to divide the finished halva into portion briquettes and brew tea.
Apple marmalade recipe with turmeric and ginger Ingredients
- 230g applesauce
- 150 ml of water
- 2 tsp agar-agar
- 4 tbsp lemon juice
- 8g turmeric
- 0.5 tsp ground ginger
- 2g vanillin
- 15g stevia extract
- 100g sugar or coconut shavings
Preparation
- Take a saltwater with a thick bottom, pour water into it and add agar-agar. Put the mixture on the stove and boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Bring the mixture to a boil, and then boil for another 3-5 minutes, reducing the fire slightly until the liquid thickens.
- Take the potter off the fire. Add to the thickened liquid apple puree, lemon juice and turmeric. Stir the ingredients, then add vanillin, stevia extract and ground ginger to the saucer as well. Stir everything well again and warm the mixture to boil.
- The finished marmalade mass is slightly cooled and poured into a silicone form. Send the form to the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes.
- At the end, cut the finished marmalade into portion cubes and collapse in sugar or coconut shavings. 165193
Carrot dessert with dates and raisins Ingredients
- 3 large carrots
- 200g dates
- 50g raisins
- 1 tbsp poppy
- 50g crushed nuts
- 50g coconut shavings
Preparation
- To prepare this dessert, carrots must be peeled, boiled, and then rubbed on a fine grater or crushed with a blender.
- Wash the dried fruit, then pour the raisins with boiling water for 15 minutes so that it is slightly softened. Clean the dates of the seeds and grind in the blender. Next, mix the carrot mass with dates and lemon juice in a large bowl. Add coconut shavings to the rest of the ingredients and mix it up again.
- From the resulting mass, form small balls of the same size and collapse them in crushed nuts.
