Preparation
  1. The dough is prepared first. Flour must be sifted into a large container. In a separate bowl, beat the egg along with salt, oil and water. Add the mixture to the flour and mix the dough. Put it in the fridge for a couple of hours.



  2. While the dough is cooling, mix the mince, soy sauce, cabbage and onions. Add some black pepper to taste.



  3. Take the dough out of the fridge and let it thaw completely. Wash it a little and add flour if needed. Roll the dough in a few thin layers.



  4. Place the filling with a spoon, retreating from the edge of the dough about 10 cm. Keep some distance between portions. Cover part of the layer with the filling of the adjacent part of the test and with the help of a dumpling cut out the blanks.



  5. Warm up in a deep frying pan a little oil and a blush of dumplings on one side. Then pour water in a few centimeters and boil dumplings for about 10 minutes.





Ready dumplings can be served with your favorite gas stations. They are especially good under soy sauce, sour cream and mustard. Bon appetit!
