- 1kg chicken
- 3 bulbs
- 1 tbsp dark kvass
- spices (salt, pepper, seasonings) to taste

- Cut the chicken into portions or use ready-made pieces (hips, wings). Rub the meat with spices and crushed garlic. Let him rest like that for about an hour.
