Preparation
  1. 1 cup of buckwheat requires 2 cups of cold water (for crumbly porridge). Put the cereal in cold water, put it on the stove and bring everything to a boil. After the porridge boiled, reduce the fire and boil for 15 minutes.


  2. Cut the onions with semi-rings, and the mushrooms and peppers with arbitrary pieces.

  4. Put on the pan onions, mushrooms and pepper. Roast 5-7 minutes.
  5. Add roasted chicken breast, tomato paste and boiled buckwheat. Pour the broth, salt it, add the pepper, stir it.

Carp stuffed with buckwheat Ingredients
  • 1 carp (approximately 1.5 kg)
  • 150g buckwheat
  • 2 bulbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 lemon
  • salt, seasoning for fish and pepper to taste
  • sunflower


Preparation
  1. Boil the buckwheat until half ready.
  2. Clean the fish, remove the insides and large bones, rub it on all sides with salt and pepper. Put it in the fridge for an hour.


  3. Cut the bow finely.
  4. Roast it to a golden color.
  5. Hard-boiled eggs.
  6. Add the onions, finely sliced eggs and a tablespoon of vegetable oil to buckwheat porridge. Stir it.
  7. Get the fish out of the fridge. Wash the salt.
  8. Cover it with foil. Put the carp in it. Sprinkle it with fish condiment.
  9. Fill the carp with stuffing. Filling, which did not fit, put on the foil around the carp.


  10. Wrap the stuffed fish in foil and put the batter for 1 hour in the oven, heated to 200 degrees.
