Why is preparation for operation so important? The fact is that to give the dishes of stainless steel a commercial appearance, it is carefully polished at the factory with special pastes.



After that, wash and cover with a thin layer of mineral oil. Heated on fire, this mineral oil forms that hard-to-remove film.

  • household-soap
  • 2 tsp citric acid
  • sponge


Progress of work
  1. Wash a new pot (or kettle) using a sponge and household soap.


  2. Put it in the sink and pour boiling water in which 2 teaspoons of citric acid are dissolved.
  3. Wash the dishes again in warm water and wipe dry.


  4. Then fill it with cold water. Put on the smallest fire and bring the water to a boil.


  5. Pour the water, let the pan cool and wipe it dry.
  6. Now washing the pot will be much easier. And in clean dishes, agree, and cooking is much more pleasant.




Whatever the twist, and even the best pan sooner or later comes into complete disrepair. After that, the kitchen assistant can be thrown out, or you can give her a new life as a decorative or useful thing.
