Why in Soviet kitchens reigned perfect order and what were kitchen sets
To be honest, I'm not a big fan of old stuff. I don't even like antiques. However, reviewing photos with images of Soviet dishes, such a thing rises in my heart. warm-waveI just can't help sharing it. Soviet design is unlikely to look good in a modern kitchen. However, no one will forbid us to indulge in fond memories, looking at all these wonderful things from the past era!
Looking at photos of old Soviet kitchens, I am most surprised that they were quite minimalistic, if not modest. Why am I surprised? Probably because some apartments now look like their inhabitant is Plyushkin with a huge experience. And, unfortunately, many mistakenly think that all Soviet kitchens were like such stuffed bedbugs. It wasn't like that at all!

Of course, modern design looks completely different. It does not resemble the kitchen of those times. And yet they have much more in common than many people think. In the USSR, people like now loved large, bright spaces, not overloaded with unnecessary things. And what is the most beautiful Soviet dishes?

I admire almost all the elements that were common in earlier times. And they were made on conscience! Many openers and presses for garlic still serve faith and truth daughters and granddaughters of their first hostess.

I remember very well how similar jars They were on the shelves of my mother’s kitchen. At the time, they were perfectly suited to the kitchen set. It was also very difficult to create something with them. My mom was happy because there was a little kid at home.

I love the look of all these corollaries, strainers and other kitchen utensils. In their design lies such reliability. Manufacturers seem to have managed pour out Ordinary household items.

Teapots are my weakness. It's not that I like tea so much! I just like the variety of items of this plan. A special beauty and grace is distinguished by faience dishes. But here it is. enamel Some berries or flowers are also very good.

I think these blue-cup We were in each of our homes. My grandmother had a red version with gilding. I remember how I admired him as a child, I could not take my eyes off the sideboard. Most of all, I was surprised that my grandmother did not want to use this beauty. I kept the service. specially.

What do you think of all these elements of Soviet cuisine? Do you have a little nostalgia in your heart, or do you honestly consider all these things a relic of the past that belongs only in the old pantry?
