1 tsp. Baking soda slaked
Flour as the dough will not to stick to hands
Dried fruits - apples, pears (optional), prunes, dried apricots.
1 cup of thick jam
2 tbsp. Spoon sour cream
2 tbsp. tablespoons butter
1 tbsp. spoonful of sugar
2 tsp. Cocoa
Prepare the filling. Soak dried and milled in a meat grinder. Add a thick jam.
With ingredients knead the dough. Divide it into 8 pieces.
Roll out each piece, brush roll stuffed rolls that are baked in the oven.
Finished rolls cut into parts of width 1, 5-2 cm. Pieces of rolls dipped in cream and fold into the pan tightly.
Cool. Then pass on to a dish, pour the glaze.
