Pesto from nettles, Basil seeds cannabis

Amazing pesto from nettlesIngredients:3 tablespoons of nettle leaves
1 Cup Basil leaves
1/4 Cup hemp seeds
1/3 Cup Parmesan cheese
4-5 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon of chilli flakes
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
In a saucepan bring water to a boil. Using kitchen tongs, remove the nettle leaves from the stems and place in a large bowl. Put the leaves in boiling water and blanch for about 30 seconds. Strain through a sieve (press the leaves, twisting of the balloon!), move into a bowl of very cold water.
In a blender shake all ingredients until smooth. Enjoy!
Note:
The rest put pesto in an airtight container and refrigerate. Can be stored about 1 week.
