The decision to pave the way trains through a residential house was not taken by chance. The fact that Chongqing is very little space for a full monorail. Therefore, the authorities decided not to demolish the house, standing in the path of the train, and just gently make an opening in it.
It may seem that living in a frequently passing monorail is torture. But actually in apartments next to the station is quite quiet.
The noise from the monorail drowns out special equipment, so residents do not complain. But some still say that the noise a little and prevent them from causing headaches.
