Delicious oatmeal with apples and cinnamon for breakfast.

2 cups rolled oats
3, 75 glasses of water
3 small apples or 1, 5 cups of chopped apples
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
a pinch of nutmeg
1/4 cup + 1-2 tablespoons brown sugar

Hercules, water, apples, cinnamon and nutmeg Put in a medium-sized saucepan. Bring all to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.

Once the mixture is boiling, reduce the heat to minimum and cook for a few minutes until the flakes and apples boil and become soft.

Remove the oatmeal from heat and add sugar to taste. The sweeter apples, the less sugar needed. If desired, sprinkle with nuts all.
