Salad "Poppers"Ingredients for salad
  • 5-6 boiled potatoes
  • 8 boiled eggs (3 salad + 5 for garnish)
  • 200 g boiled chicken fillet
  • 1 onion
  • 0.5 of Cup of shelled walnuts
  • 300 g mushrooms
  • 1 pomegranate
  • mayonnaise
  • vinegar (for pickling onions)
  • salt, sugar (a pinch)


Ingredients for decoration of salad
  • 1 small cooked beetroot
  • 2-3 tablespoons of canned corn
  • a few sprigs of greenery
  • pomegranate seeds


Cooking
  1. Onions finely cut, fill with vinegar, adding a pinch of salt and sugar, leave to marinate. Grind nuts with a knife, grater or blender.
  2. The mushrooms slice them and sauté in a small amount of oil until done, adding any spices.
  3. To generate a salad, spread on a Mat or silicone Mat plastic wrap and spread the products in layers: first the grated potatoes, hard-Packed and lubricated with a thin layer of mayonnaise, then finely chopped chicken, top with pickled onions.
  4. Onions put the mushrooms, brush them with a thin layer of mayonnaise. Next in line is a layer of boiled eggs (3 PCs.), grated on a fine grater. Eggs sprinkle chopped nuts and put on top of pomegranate seeds.
  5. Lifting the edge of the film, roll the layer into a roll. Remove the tape, roll, place in the refrigerator.


  6. The remaining 5 eggs divided into whites and yolks and RUB separately. Proteins get juice grated beetroot pink.
  7. Roll on all sides brush with mayonnaise and get to decorating.


  8. Out with rows of painted whites, grated egg yolks, separating them with chopped greens, pomegranate seeds and corn. They also scatter on the plate near the firecrackers in the form of confetti.
