None of the New year goes by without this salad! Guests come off with the hands...

Today the editors of "Site" will delight readers favorite recipe gastronomic delicacythat you can prepare yourself! Salad "Melancholy" (accent on the first syllable) was named after the Italian Opera "Tosca" by Giacomo Puccini.

The dish is incredibly fast and looks very attractive. Your guests will be delighted with this satisfying treat!





Salad "Melancholy"Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp capers
  • 1 onion
  • 10 ml of refined sunflower oil
  • 1 tomato
  • 40 g of hard cheese
  • 120 g of boiled chicken breast
  • 5 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 80 g pickled cucumbers
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 80 g mushrooms


Cooking
  1. Sauté onions and mushrooms until tender, do not forget to add a bit of salt.


  2. Finely slice the cucumber, tomato and chicken breast.


  3. In a La carte dishes put the first layer of mushrooms.


  4. Brush the first layer with mayonnaise and place in the bowls the second layer — capers.


  5. Add a layer of tomatoes and smear it with mayonnaise.


  6. Lay out the chicken breast and brush it with mayonnaise.


  7. Lay the breast on top of cucumbers, brush them with mayonnaise and cut grated cheese.
