Kinesiological technique of "Cross-crawl" — access the potential of the brain and body
I want to share with you another exercise called the "Cross-crawl" or "Chiasm". Ethe exercise itself is very important and necessary for any person, as quickly leads to the integration of the brain.

Cross movement are: direct (with bent legs and arms with straight legs and arms), back (the movements are performed behind – hand touches the heel of the opposite or same side).

- Record on tape the words "Cross" and "Parallel". Between the spoken words should be spaced 7-10 seconds. Important! Starting with "Crossroads" and concludes "the Cross". In other words, you will sound "optic chiasm", "parallel" ....."cross", "parallel", "optic chiasm". About 5-7 repetitions. Turn on the recorder when you're ready.
- Stand 1.5 – 2 meters from the wall.
- Bend at the elbows and your hands at waist level, highly highly do not ride up.
- Standing in place, start to raise Levu leg bent at the knee and bring it closer to the right hand. Lowering, raise the right leg so that your arms and legs crossed the middle line of the body.
- Walk in place until then, until you hear the command "parallel". Now the left leg rises to the left arm, and right leg to the right. Marching on the spot until the next command.
