Gluten-free banana bread
This bread is full of nutrients, consists of almost half of fruits, does not contain refined sugar. Yogurt, nuts and seeds contain a large amount of protein, buckwheat flour is rich in minerals and fiber. And most importantly, this bread does not contain gluten.

Preparation:
Heat the oven to 180°C
Kneel the bananas in a large bowl. Add yogurt, almond flour, nuts, butter, maple syrup, salt (optional), mix. Sowing together buckwheat flour and baking powder.
Add the frozen berries to the flour and mix again. Pour the dough into a prepared form, sprinkle with hazelnuts and bake for 40-50 minutes. You can check the readiness in this way: if you puncture a toothpick, it should come out dry.
