Chicken wings in Coca–Cola (Kala Chi Chi) is a dish in modern Chinese cuisine, which has become popular in the country since the mid-80s.





There is a theory that the dish appeared in one of the restaurants in the city, Golden coast, the capital of Shandong province, when a hapless chef accidentally spilled coke in a container of marinovaniya wings.

Ingredients
  • 1 kg chicken wings

Cooking
